I really wanted to like this pillow because the concept sounds great on paper, especially for side sleepers. Unfortunately, in practice it was extremely uncomfortable. The shape is awkward, the memory foam feels stiff rather than supportive, and it forced my neck and head into an unnatural position. The arm hole is basically the only functional part, but even that doesn’t make up for how poorly the pillow supports your neck and shoulders. I woke up with more discomfort than I started with, which completely defeats the purpose of an “ergonomic” pillow. It also felt bulky and restrictive, making it hard to move or adjust during the night. For the price, this was a huge disappointment. I returned it almost immediately because it was not as expected and definitely not something I could sleep on long term. I wouldn’t recommend this to side sleepers or anyone with neck issues. I absolutely love this pillow. Granted, its my first night with it. I have boughtso many pillows since i been waking with migraines, neck and shoulder pain, numbness in my arms from the pressure. I am a majority of the time a side /stomach sleeper and occasionally wake up on my back. This morning i woke up no shoulder pain neck or back pain. I have a headache but its due to other reasons. And my arm never got numb. The mesh on it is a little rough to the face but other than that. I reccommend this to anyone looking for a new pillow. The arm holes are in all the right places! I must give a big thumbs up to the memory foam material of this pillow! When I rest my head on it, it doesn't press against me stiffly. Instead, it slowly and gently wraps around my head and neck, perfectly fitting my curves. That feeling of pressure being released in an instant, as if sinking into a cloud, is truly wonderful.
