Too thick to allow for comfortable side sleeping for me. I felt raised up too high with neck pain in the morning. Disappointed it didn’t work, but my neck pain doesn’t allow for many options. It likely works well for most. Read more
update ok at first the pillow seem to help my pain in my arm from sleeping on but really screwed up my neck. starting getting really bad headaches so i stopped using it. Can't return just pass return date. So far so good it’s a little stiff and a little bit too high for my neck, but has helped my arm and shoulder pain Read more

Is way too hard for me. Might be fine for some but after about an hour of going to sleep I have to go back to sleep I have to go back to my “my pillow”. The arm hole is perfect but my neck and head just can’t take sleeping on it through the night. I REALLY wanted to like it. Read more
