Screen Manufacturing Issue

The screen is warped from the center bottom. You can see the ripples in the image. In addition, there are several damaged areas permanently in the bottom edge of the image. I called samsung support who insisted that this is not an issue. While on the call, I sent pictures, then we did a live video call, TV diagnosis, did a factory reset, all while there is a baby in service reps back ground.. She insisted that the issue is through the samsung ART. But I told her, you can see it better with these images, but the problem exists with all apps.. so we went through the Samsung Health App, etc to show that the problem is still there. After a hour of pleading back and forth, and her insisting that this is not a problem, she relented and a service call was setup. I'll send an update once we meet with the service tech. But, as of now, I would highly recommend to stay away from this TV set. Update: local tech confirmed the screen needs to be replaced Read more
