The new version of the prior version I also own. More expensive that other similar Samsung models, but you are paying for the frame function. We love it. The anti-glare is not stellar though, which is my only complaint. However, overall it has an excellent picture, low profile, easy mounting system which is included, and a great buy with the free add-on audio frame. Keep in mind that there is a huge box that also needs to be attached to the TV, so if you do not have a way to very discretely hide it (in a cabinet or closet with power), you will lose the entire benefit. I have 2. One has the box hidden in a coat closet with cables hidden in the wall and power ran to the closet shelf with its own outlet. The other is hidden in a cabinet with all cables in the walls. Not suitable unless you can hide the wires and box. Read more

Looks great, but has some software glitches

Love the no wires on wall, but every few days, the connection with the Wireless One Connect box drops. So far, the only way I have found to resolve this is to cut the power to both the TV and Wireless One Connect box. When power is restored, they communicate properly. This occurred on initial setup and support had me cut the power for 30 seconds to get the communication restored. Haven't notified support of the recurring issue but have found a power cut of a few seconds is sufficient (maybe less time, haven't tried). The frame speaker sounds great, once I got it properly configured using Wi-Fi and the Q-Symphony. Found that you must use the wireless remote that came with TV to adjust sound properly for Q-Symphony with wireless speaker. When using IR universal remote, it only adjusted the TV volume properly. Also purchased a frame from deco that looks great with TV, but this does cover the IR receiver and room sensor for the TV, so also purchased the Smart Room Sensor, which connects to the Wireless One Connect box. But there appears to be another software issue that I believe is with the Wireless Once Connect box, where the Smart Room Sensor is unable to wake the TV after powering it down due to no room movement. So would need to wake TV with the Samsung wireless remote. Reconfigured TV to just stay in Art mode all the time, since I didn't want to rely on the wireless remote to turn it on and without the auto wake feature functioning properly, the room sensor is only useful as an IR repeater. I've also turned off auto software updates on the TV and so far, haven't had to cut power to restore communication with the wireless one connect box. I believe if these software glitches are resolved, this could be a 5 Star TV, but until then, you don't actually get all features that you are paying for. Read more
