No problems. But...It's our only TV. I should'a and coulda spent a bit more for OLED but this one is quite good. We're enjoying it immensely. Pros: Colors are great. The price was amazing for this quality and size. It really is excellent and huge. It cost about half what my last TV (that I gave away) cost. 85" size is so great. We watch about 12 feet from the set. Feels almost like the movies. It's our only TV. If it were bad, I'd know by now. It's not. No latency that I can see. Even fast sports are perfect. I clicked and the next day it delivered, unpacked, set up in my house by two good guys. My 65" Samsung Curve was loaded into a pickup and was off to a friend's treadmill room in Wisconsin. The techs wanted $65 to take it away so I saved by giving it to my friend. I still can't believe how quick and smoothly it all went. We kept the giant box in our living room for a several weeks in case something went wrong. (No returns if you don't have the box!) Nothing went wrong. I bought a battery-powered Sawzall to get rid of the box. Worked like a charm. There are reviews of this TV online by people who know a lot more about TVs than me. What I can tell you is I think the colors are great and there's nothing that really bugs me about this TV...and it is engaging to watch. That's high praise. We have a quite decent AV sound system so we don't use the TV's built-in speakers. We use Roku, so we bypass the Samsung software and remote. I went into "Samsung world" only to make setup adjustments, but I've grown to like the AI auto mode, so I really don't touch that anymore. I think it's set to Cinema, which is easier on the eyes than Sport...Sport hurts your eyes on this thing. It's got serious brightness, sharpness and contrast. More than we need or want in this room. Could be used in a bigger room for sure. It's perfectly fine to watch in broad daylight. I don't play video games, so can't comment much on that but I'm guessing it's pretty fast and good. Sorry I couldn't be more help on so many subjects. We just use what we need. Minor Minuses: Screen surface is glossy. There are reflections. We watch mainly at night and we have made some adjustments to our room lights. It's not a big issue. Sometimes there are shadows or "off" shading in a few spots in a few scenes. Sometimes, there could be more shadow detail...not a lot, but some more would be ideal. It's nothing compared to the glory of the color, sharpness, brightness and reliability on this thing and it doesn't detract from your movie. I only notice when I'm in geek mode.. I have to look carefully for small flaws but they're there. I'm sure there are tech words for what I'm talking about. If you're a perfectionist, get OLED. OLED doesn't have this problem and this TV has it very minimally. I don't know the name(s) for these glitches are but they're on every QLED and similar.. Find reviews online if you want to know these things. I'm busy. Anyway, what can pick out occasionally as a flaw is quite minor. I pine to try OLED but returning or getting rid of or trying to sell these things is really not an easy task. Everyone already has one and doesn't want the hassle of changing. I don't blame them. We couldn't even give away our last old flat-screen...and it was an expensive TOTL Sony. I called everyone. We'll keep this one for a few years. If tariffs don't make a new one too precious, I'll get an OLED next time to try. There isn't a better QLED than this one so far as I know. It's very good and you can't buy OLED this big. An 83" OLED would cost about $1200 more than this set. The next size up OLED is 98" or something and the price is insane.. Finally: Size matters. Get the biggest one that's reasonable for your space and budget. I started my search thinking 96" then did some measuring. I like this size. Read more

This Samsung 55-Inch Neo QLED QN90D is hands down the best TV in our house—and not just for the stunning picture. The sound quality is so impressive, I actually got rid of the soundbar I was using with another TV. That one had the crappiest audio, like most modern TVs that sacrifice speaker quality for slim design. But not this one. Samsung nailed it with this model. The built-in speakers deliver rich, full sound that fills the room without distortion or tinny highs. Whether we’re watching movies, sports, or streaming music videos, the audio is crisp, balanced, and immersive. It’s rare to find a TV where you don’t feel the need to add external speakers, but this one delivers. And the picture? Absolutely gorgeous. The Mini LED technology brings out deep blacks, vibrant colors, and razor-sharp detail. It’s like having a theater experience right in our living room. The interface is smooth, the remote is intuitive, and setup was a breeze. If you’re tired of TVs that look great but sound like a cheap radio, this is the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. It’s a game changer—and worth every penny. Don’t hesitate. This is the one to buy. Read more

I'm very happy with this purchase. It works great as a TV and computer monitor. It supports the 4:4:4 chroma substandard which provides the clearest text and images. Not all TV's support the text standard. I bought this TV to be used as a computer monitor and because my last TV, also a Samsung, lasted 11 years as both a TV and monitor. Not every TV works well as a computer monitor, so if you plan on using your TV as a monitor, this is a great choice. To avoid eye strain, I wouldn't go larger than a 50" set and be sure it supports the 4:4:4 standard. The default settings were pretty accurate out of the box and easy to adjust to suit your preferences. I did not activate the Smart features and have no interest in doing so. The Smart features require that you set up an account, which means sharing personal data and being subjected to spying and targeted ads, not to mention the risk of data theft. I'm very content using my Samsung as a "dumb" TV, thank you very much. Read more

Other than the cheezy remote control, I am very happy with my new 50 inch QLED. I already had a Samsung account so set up was a breeze. This unit is in my bedroom, which is generally dark, and the picture is outstanding. I was able to add Fandango to the streaming apps very easily. I also had an older model Samsung TV from 15 or so years ago that I never use, but the remote control is better quality than the new one and it still works, so I use that instead. I was able to purchase this television at a sale price, so I am definitely satisfied. Great picture, acceptable sound with outputs for a better sound system if you choose. Read more

This TV is awesome for use in our family room that has a lot of light! The sun is south side- but lots of windows poolside here, also dining area and kitchen lighting are always on. Somehow it makes the uncovered lights from our dining chandelier look like little pinpricks rather than washing out the whole screen! Easy set up, great functionality, great picture! We use a Bose sound bar integrated with our other Bose sound devices and Amazon smart devices management systems. Read more

Great TV. Purchased the Samsung as it was one of only a few that allowed for the Directv app to be downloaded without having to use another device (such as firestick, etc). We've had excellent experiences with Samsung products and this is no exception. Pictures are clear, clean and bright. Sound is good too. Like the option to have the volume turned up automatically whent here is a lot of noise in the same room. Remove is pretty typical as far as they go. We are new to streaming and this seems to be an easy transition for us ol' folks! ;-) Read more
