This is the first review I’ve written in years. I love this sweater/coat! Although it’s still 80° here, I can tell that when it cools off, I’m going to be nice and snug and warm in this Sweater. The high neckline is nice and thick and will keep your neck, nice and toasty when it’s cool outside the sleeves are a lovely traditional shape with enough room that you can slide it on easily over whatever you’re wearing underneath it. I love the swing skirt style to the bottom of this coat which comes to my knees. It’s true to size and if I were you, I would definitely get this sweater coat. Read more

This is a warm, lovely wool sweater coat. The wool is soft, and the cable knit is attractive. I like the tight-fitting cuffs and the Celtic knot buttons. This is a snug-fitting sweater but it does have some stretch. It runs true to size, but if you prefer your sweaters loose-fitting, you might want to order up a size. Read more

Extremely fine sweater. Is a piece of art. Is very warm, but is not heavy. Is WONDERFUL 🥰 Very High quality and flattering. And it does not make you itchy at all. Super soft wool, and zero itching. I am 5'3", 120#, the XS was right size. Its a quality sweater, nice fit, but just so you know, the weave is lose, its not a tight knit sweater. Not for winter, but for other cool nights. I really like it. Read more

I got the burgundy red. It is a beautiful sweater coat,100% wool, which is practically impossible to find these days. I'm 5'8" with very broad shoulders, and the XL fits them perfectly. Nothing breathes like wool. I want to make up reasons to go outside so I can wear it. The finishing is beautiful - nothing ragged or loose, a thick double button band, clean seaming, beautiful buttons, etc. The ribbed knitting in the waist area pulls in and creates a little shape, so it isn't just a big blob of sweater. It's priced very nicely for how lovely it is. Very pleased. Read more

This is not contoured to fit like it shows in the picture. It is wider, like a box, and looks frumpy on me. I had to buy matching yarn and take the waist in, now it looks gathered like a skirt. The quality of the knit is nice and heavy though. Read more

This is EXACTLY what I wanted! My son and D-I-L brought me a sweater similar to this one from Ireland. I couldn’t believe how warm a sweater could be. And, in drizzly weather, moisture doesn’t seem to penetrate. This sweater is not only beautiful, but functional. I’m 5’8” and weigh 147 lbs. I ordered a medium.
