Okay so, because it said it was a Aran Coat in the description and the picture showed something that looks somewhat casual but tailored, I thought this was more like a jacket or coat. That being said, it is Beautiful and a very Well Made cable knit Cardigan Sweater. Unfortunately for me, I have a million cardigans and I just spent $132 on Another cardigan. Really wish it hadn't said that it was an Aran Coat! On a happier note, because it is beautiful and well made, I will be proud to give this to someone as a gift. Read more

I was worried a little about the color but when it arrived I was THRILLED at the deep, rich red, very "Fall" tone and it's one of my favorite colors to wear. The sweater was a bit heavier than I expected but not unpleasantly so, and I love how soft it is. Very warm without being "too" warm. I ordered a Large size and it seems a bit too big (I'm 5'4" 170 pounds), so I wish I'd gotten a medium but it's not so big that I need to return; I don't mind a bit of an oversized sweater.
