At its price point, this is one of the best tower fans you can purchase! It’s easy to use, fairly quiet, but strong output. I live in Sacramento, and these are great additions as it does reach up into the high 100° and I like it COLD. I have one set up near my bed, and even at the strongest setting it’s fairly quiet and I have no problems sleeping. I’ve purchased a lot of different types at almost double the cost, and I’m very satisfied with this one. I’m gonna buy a couple more for back up! Read more
Fabulous, quiet tower fan but within a few months it started rattling. I found that a squirt of WD-40, at the top spinning post & another squirt, at the bottom spinning post sent right back to quiet purr! Yeah! Now, several days layer, it's still quietly purring! ;) Update, as of Sept. 5th, fan is STILL quietly purring. Wish I had thought of this fix earlier as we have had this fan for two years now! October 1st & fan is still quietly doing a great job! Read more
I brought myself the 42inch Sensville tower fan for the summer, I had the black Honeywell fan since seven years ago and worked fine and it stopped working, so I had to buy another one, and I like the Sensville tower fan, it was very easy to put together, and works fanatic and I highly recommend the tower fan if you need it for the summer to sleep comfortably at night. The fan is really quiet, even on the highest level. I would actually prefer it a little louder because I like the white noise when I'm sleeping, but that's a personal preference. Tall, excellent fan and I love that the lights go off after 20 seconds so I dont have lights beaming into my eyes when I'm trying to sleep. Edit: one month ago it started making a high pitched screeching sound. With no way to open it without taking it completely apart I can't adjust the blades or whatever is making the sound. Read more
