Excellent air purifier! Bought this one a year ago and it's been working flawlessly, 24/7. The only time it is turned off is when we change out the filter. Now, it does make slight noise while it's doing it's job (like when we're cooking or we have guests over), but once the air is 100% clean, it shuts down to a barely audible whisper. I like that it has a digital gauge to tell you how clean the air is. I have done nothing more than turning it on and off and installing the initial filter and six months later, installing a new air filter, so I can't tell you about any other features because I bought it for one purpose only, filter the air. Sorry. But from the very first morning after we began using it, there was a very noticeable difference in the quality of the air. Our air is now fresh and clean like a morning after a good rain. As much as I love blackened Mahi Mahi, I don't want to smell it when I wake up in the morning. So, no food or dog smells is neato. I've never done it, but it almost feels like sleeping in an oxygen room. We now sleep so much better which I can honestly tell you, makes a huge difference not only in how our days start and go, but also how our bodies recover and heal during deep sleep. This is the second Shark air purifier that I’ve purchased. I liked the first one so much that I bought a second one for the upstairs. Quiet and effective. I live with 3 dogs and 3 cats and I didn’t need to replace the filter for 6 months. I also find that my Persian cats do not have runny eyes now that the air purifier is in place. Read more

This thing is great! I got this for my dog that has nasal cancer. He had radiation last year and it made his nose extremely sensitive to everything and gets nosebleeds. I had the air purifier up in my bedroom the one night and my mom was downstairs cooking french toast in a frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Within 5 minutes the air purifier kicked on and the clean air percent started to decrease. I didn't think much of it. I came back into the room 15 minutes later and it was running on high with 65% clean air. It ran for 10 minutes and the % didn't change and stayed red. I couldn't figure out what was happening with it but decided to bring it downstairs to the kitchen. It's probably an hour now since my mom was cooking and the air purifier said 45% clean air when I brought it in. It took almost 2 hours on high to get the air in the kitchen to 85%. I was flipping through the particle screens when I first turned it on and there were HUNDREDS of all the different sized particles. I've always smelled something when things are frying but had no idea it was putting that much stuff into the air. I was shocked that the purifier was upstairs and was able to pick stuff up from the kitchen. Bought this unit in July 2025. Worked Great right out of the box. November we needed to replace the filter or as we found out later, probably clean the Sensor which is on the back of the unit under the silver sticker that has the model number and serial number on it. This is Important because if that information was in the directions we would not have had to call their Tech Support which is excellent BTW. Apparently you need to take your small vacum cleaner to the backside of the unit and suck out any particles that may build up in the air filter or the unit stays at zero clean air and runs all the time. Awesome filter. The filter itself that came with the unit lasted a good few months before it needed to be changed. Does a great overall job of maintaining good air quality. The user interface (UI) is easy to navigate and it can display important information such as air quality and filter life. Being able to see the filter life helps me purchase replacement filters when I need to. I leave it on auto most of the time and it’s quiet enough that I forget that I leave it on sometimes. With frequent use, dust does collect at the inlet of the unit as well as the top. Dusting it off once in a while helps maintain maximum airflow. In addition as time goes on the, when the filter is close to the end of its life, there is a noticeable drop in air flow but still does a good job of filtering the air. Read more

So far it’s been several weeks The shark air purifier is quiet Not too sure how well it works. I haven’t checked the filter yet. I’m looking for signs of dust on my furniture to see if it eliminates the dust in the air. This will take several weeks. PS I bought compatible PH102 replacement filters for some reason it’s going on four weeks still didn’t get them Amazon notified me now they’re not coming until January 3 This will be a total of five weeks. The order is taking. But what I can tell, they’re coming from China Look for an alternative retailer for selling these products it seems they all come out of China Bummer Read more

Needed a new filter for near my cats litter boxes because i just felt like my old one wasn’t doing the job. I have wood litter so it’s naturally pretty dusty. I got this one month ago - Filter lasts 6-12 months but i definitely would clean it out if you’re a cat owner. 36% air quality after cleaning it out from all the dust, went to 100% within 2 minutes. Would not say it eliminates odors but definitely dust and pollutants. Great product. Read more
