To be frank, I made this purchase because I needed a vacation alarm clock, pronto. For the bargain basement price I didn't expect much. To my surprise, it's a good-looking clock with large, legible green numerals that don't disrupt my sleep. At first, it seemed too bright for a dark bedroom but then I discovered an easy button that allowed me to dim the setting. Perfect! Great clock! Bought this clock to replace an old Sharp alarm clock that also had 2 USB ports in front. The numbers are larger than the old clock & green in color. The clock DOES have a dimmer button on top to adjust the brightness of the time. With the dimmer button you can select bright, medium and low. Bright is very bright. You can move around the bedroom at night without a lamp or nightlight. Medium is not as bright but low worked for us. Sorry the time in the pictures are a slight blurry. It’s hard to capture how bright the numbers are in the dark. Overall this alarm clock is a great clock, multifunctional, great price & has a dimmer button! This clock was good for the price, easy to use, has a couple USB ports. It's everything I wanted but I cannot dim it at all. It's too bright when I am sleeping so I have to turn it to face away. I wish I would have looked in the description fist to see if I could dim the read-out. Other than that, it's a good clock. Read more

So far, it’s a nice little clock. I like that it’s small so it doesn’t take much room on my nightstand. It’s a basic alarm clock without a radio which I wanted, but it does have two USP ports for charging. Very convenient it is easy to set the time and the alarm is loud enough and it’s dimmable. Mine does not have a dim button, it only says Snooze and if you push it nothing happens to the brightness. I bought it in 2022 before I guess that feature was added. It is way too bright if you like to sleep in a dark room, I have had it in my guest room and always find it on its face after family leaves. On here looking for a different one now... Read more

When I travel I want a small clock that I can set next to my bed, and that is lighted, so I can read it at night, without having to push a button. The green numerals are very easy to read and the minimal light that they put out is not a bother. It plugs into an electrical outlet, or you can rely on the backup batteries. I appreciate having this option. Then, there is the bonus of having two USB ports on the front, ideal for charging my phone and tablet. Read more
