Works well
I'm a full time athlete that plays racquet sports. My shoulder suffered unrelated trauma many decades ago. This means that I have to treat the shoulder for pain as I execute in my sport. I was tired of relying solely on hot showers or awkward heating blankets. This product works very well. I've had it for 2 days. Works as advertised. One reviewer said, they tried multiple brands and said that the "Kintiwe Pro" brand was the best that they tried. I was struggling to differentiate which brand was the best since many reviewers seemed to offer nuances that caused me to take pause. I choose this product based on what this reviewer said. I'm happy with this product. I've never had anything like it - I've always been tethered to a position like the shower or the couch to receive treatment. It's nice being able to move around. Here are some things I noticed that I couldn't glean from the reviews. - Medium heat setting is ideal for me; it's pretty hot - Battery life seems to be about 2.25 hours while on medium; I timed it - Charging time is about 2.5 hours - The battery is charged via USB C - Yes, you can use this on the knee - I tried it and it works; it comes with a shorter strap that I used for the knee - When you turn it on, it constantly shines a light to indicate which heat mode it's in; blue is lowest, white is medium, red is hot; mine turns on to red mode at first; tap it once to change to white mode - Like others said, you can't see the indicator light when you're wearing it; I did what another reviewer did which was stand in front of a mirror; I also used my phone's camera to view it; simple adjustment; I find that turning it on to the setting I like before putting it on works well too; the mirror method is what I seem to do most often - It's hard to put the product on by yourself when one of your shoulders is hurt; that's not anyone's fault - it's just the life of being hurt; my spouse helped me put it on and off which helped a lot; I keep the arm straps set and don't change them; the chest strap is what I adjust; I wear a thin UA type top when receiving treatment; gotta hold your sleeve with your free hand when you put this on - The product fits super snug; when I tighten the 2 arm bands and the chest band, it fits like a glove and really gets the heat on to the desired area - The heat for the shoulder is both on the top of the shoulder and the side To the manufacturer - You made a good product - Like others said, it would be wonderful if we could "bring our own battery". I have several Anker batteries that are 10KmAmp or bigger. I wish I could plug them in to your product. Two hours of heat is nice, but I wouldn't mind sleeping with the product on my shoulder for 8 hours as well. - You could also offer to sell your battery by itself so we could be charging one while using the other.
