This item is great & seems to be really helping my husband’s shoulder. He isn’t complaining about pain with his shoulder anymore and can raise his arm much higher than he could before using it. My problem is with the delivery. It was supposed to arrive Valentines Day. I was informed in mid afternoon that it wouldn’t arrive until the next day. I had no problem with that but when I walked my dog & saw a prim package had been delivered on a neighbor’s porch & no delivery vehicle in sight. Darkness fell. I checked Amazon. At 10:15pm I got a notice that I was 10 deliveries out. My package arrived at 10:33pm & rather than place it on my doorstep, it was placed in the rocking chair at the far end of the porch. I have been paying for Prime & if this is Prime, I don’t want it. I cancelled it the very next day. Product is great, prime customer service was terrible. Read more

I’m amazed. Right out of the box it was able to help hubbys sore shoulder. I think it took all of 30 min of use for it to help release the muscle tension. It was charged maybe 50% when it arrived so that was a plus. You do have to locate the English instructions but it’s a nice touch to have so many languages covered. The straps are pretty easy to figure out. It is adjustable enough to fit both my frame and hubbys. Both the Heat & Massage features work really well. Absolutely worth the asking price of $50.
