I’ve been dealing with rotator cuff tightness and occasional swelling, and this shoulder ice pack has been surprisingly effective. The wrap design keeps the ice pack in place even when I’m walking around, which is much more convenient than a regular gel pack that I have to hold against my shoulder. The compression feels secure but not too tight, and the material is soft and comfortable on the skin. I especially like that the ice pack stays cold for a good amount of time—long enough for a full 15–20 minute therapy session. It’s also easy to take on and off, and the L size fits my shoulder well. Just what I need for my left shoulder which has been painful on and off after I climb at the Rockclimbing gym. The wrap is well-made and fits well and stays in place as it is worn like a sleeve and the strap also keeps it in place over the shoulder. It is comfortable and made of a soft smooth fabric with a ‘rubbery’ feel and instructions say to refrigerate it or microwave it for use. It doesn’t say to freeze it so best not to do it lest it punctures/tears. Helps reduce inflammation of the shoulder joint on cold use as well as promote healing on warm use. Used this everyday for a couple of months. Pretty good product. Fits fairly well but is now losing its shape at the top. Stays cold for about 15 minutes. Easy to get on and very pliable. Stays in place ok - since it started stretching, I need to hold it sometimes. Good overall. Read more

The weight and coldness was an instant pain relief on my shoulder, quality of the pack is good. My issue, however, is with the false sizing reported and the pictures that show muscular adult men wearing this pack. The arm cuff is a tourniquet, too tight to use, sewn closed. I see now that a velcro strap is what's needed to allow comfortable fit for various arms. And, this pack is marketed for adult sizing yet the box shows a 12 year old child with a perfect fit. The XL is more a S-M and I find this very misleading. It's going back, which is sad since it feels so good on my shoulder. Read more
