I'm a big guy with larger arms and a larger chest and have had a very difficult time finding anything that not only fit but was comfortable, I'm proud to say this fits and is fairly comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is it's a little small around the arm but not tight enough where it's uncomfortable and the strap is a little unusual to put on by yourself but with help there's no issue at all and it's actually quite comfortable to wear as I've had it on for over 20 minutes and barely notice it other than be cooling.. highly recommended especially for bigger guys or gals Read more

The wrap has a great fit and is comfortable to wear, but it warms up too quickly. The cold therapy only lasts about 10 minutes before losing effectiveness. Good design, but I wish the gel pack held temperature longer. Read more
Some couple weeks ago i got injured from my shoulder i dislocated, i been using this 30min daily but to be honest the quality is great, support nice on the back and shoulder, help me to move my arm nicely, the weight its no that heavy, and really fit in to my shoulders.
