I ordered this product before and I liked it so I ordered in another color. This one was faulty. The one I got earlier, like the picture, had a neckline wide enough to go off one shoulder. The neck opening in this one was way too small, could not get my head through. Returned and ordered another. If the next one is the same I will return for my money back. At first I was going to return this item, as I thought the opening at the top was too small, and it is smaller than I thought it would be, but this piece of clothing serves the purpose to have a little cover up. What is surprising is that this cover up will stretch once you have it on, which is a good thing. I am short, 5'2" and it falls just below my waist and works well for me. Read more

I am now a raving fan of these overshirts. It works with so many outfits. I wore this the day after it arrived and in many ways it’s the perfect solution to summer dressing. We have coastal weather and it can be cool and hot at different times of the day. I can wear sleeveless dresses or tops and (ok this is weird) it allows the air to flow right through it when it’s hot but offers a surprising amount of warmth when it’s cooler. I think the weave traps some of the air creating that effect. Not sure what the science is but I want more colors. Now for the downside: Velcro will be your cryptonite when wearing this, as will the ragged edges of basically everything including nails, plastic, wooden furniture, any zippers or protrusions that can catch the fabric. I have been able to protect it so far but had to carefully extract the threads from peril several times. You must wear this thing with a heightened amount of care because the price isn’t throw-away. I have another version of this that appears to have a hole, but I see no broken threads so I’m going to try steaming it so the weave goes back into place. The fabric on this brick colored top is perfect with no anomalies. Also, it comes with nice labels and I personally like the finishing (serged, but nicely). I would absolutely give these as gifts. The one size works great for me. Very airy and free-flowing but not overwhelming. I am 5’ and 112 lbs. it hits me about at the hip but can be arranged to hit higher or lower by just pulling it into place. The sleeves hit at my wrists. Again, I think you can arrange this as desired because the open weave is very malleable. (The open front bolero version does have shorter sleeves). I personally love this as it covers my arms but doesn’t make me look like I’m overdressed for the weather. Recommended. Read more

Wore this as a bathing suit cover up all summer! Exactly what I was looking for! It is lightweight and loose fitting. The fabric is delicate but to be expected when it comes to this type of top. It will not keep you warm per se but it will be enough to add comfortability or modesty over a bathing suit or black tank top. I don’t remember if there was a smell I always wash everything on delicate before wearing! Read more
