I’ve been struggling with neck and back pain and have been tried many different pillow styles with no luck so I was pleasantly surprised with this one. After lots of trial and error I found one that works for me. After the first night I woke up pain free and without a stiff neck. It took me a little while to get used to the shape and support but once I found my position, it is super comfortable. The pillow is a generous size and the materials are good quality. They did not skimp on the quality of this pillow and I can tell it will last a long while and hold up very well. The foam is firm and very supportive but also has just enough give making it comfortable and soft and keeps shape. The various holes in the bottom allow me to adjust and use it for multiple positions. I switch from a side to a back sleeper and it supports me in both positions. My son is a stomach sleeper and absolutely loves the pillow for his stomach sleeping. The material is nice and breathable and doesn’t cause over heating.
