I love chenille, and this is the nicest quality chenille sweater I have ever purchased. It is extremely soft and has a luxurious feel to it. It is warm, but not hot. First, I definitely suggest sizing up. I love this sweater! It is soooo soft and really seems to be quality all-around. The only way this seeater could be improved is to add a classic hand-warmer/through pocket in the front to make it jist like other hoodies. I wore this sweater for the first time a couple of days ago and I'm a little disappointed. Well, maybe more than a little. I don't know if I'll wear it again. I LOVE the color, and the material is soft enough, but it's a little short in the torso and the sleeves as well. I'm not a tall person by any means. I'm pretty short actually, so I can only imagine how ill-fitting this sweater would be on someone even semi tall or with long arms. I usually wash new clothes before wearing them but I honestly don't remember if I did in this case. I would have washed it in cool water, on delicate and let it air dry so the fit should not be attributed to shrinkage in the wash. They're pretty stingy with the heat where I work so I wore this sweater on a cold day and was hoping it would keep me warm. It looks like it should be nice and cozy but it really let me down. The sleeves were not even long enough to cover my wrists and the lack of length in the torso meant that the cold air kept sneaking up from the bottom. It's not a tunic so I wasn't expecting anything super long but I should at least be able to lift my arms up without it riding up so much that it comes to my waste. And the tag.....OMG. If you do choose to buy this sweater remove the tag before wearing it. It is SUPER itchy! It drove me crazy all day. Read more
