I have tried several different brands of these nasal strips. These have the best adhesive, easiest way to remove the backing of any, and give plenty of effective lift to open the nostrils. My wife and I both use these every day. They're simple to use, the size of them is correct unlike some others. And they have improved our sleep quality measurably for both of us greatly reducing snoring. Read more

It didn't repair my snoring (cuz it appears that my problem is different) but I've never breathed this good in years haha. It's cheap compared to others. It sticks for enough time. Read more

I got these nasal strips to use while sleeping to help reduce snoring. I was surprised at how well they worked in opening up my nasal passages. I apply these nasal strips after performing my nightly skincare routine. The nasal strips stick well to dry skin and has not caused any irritation for me. Whenever I use these, I wake up feeling much more rested. I didn't even know I was suffering from poor sleep quality until after using these. I have also used the nasal strips when having congestion, and felt like it also helped. Overall, I recommend these nasal strips if you are trying to improve your breathing. They stay on all night and really help open up your passages. Read more
Mixed results but still giving 5 stars. Will explain below... My wife and I both used these before going to sleep. She has a pretty severe deviated septum and snores quite frequently. I typically do NOT snore, however, I am on medicine that makes me snore recently pretty badly but I do not have any blocked nasal airflow like she does. AIRFLOW: When we put them on she instantly noticed a significant increased airflow into her deviated passage. I also noticed increased airflow but not as significant as her. SNORING: She did not snore the night we had them on, at least to a degree that kept me up or woke up me. It was significantly reduced. I however still did snore, but this is probably a skewed result as I normally do not snore and I believe that the medicine I am on is going to override anything I try to do to prevent my snoring so I am not taking off any stars for this. APPLICATION: Easy to apply. Just peel the back and apply right above your nostrils. You can instantly feel the pull but it isn't too much that it is bothersome. I was able to fall asleep with it on and I very particular about how I sleep. I would probably recommend washing your nose first before applying if you have an oily nose. REMOVAL: Removal for me was painless and it peeled right off. My wife did say it hurt to take off. My nose is more oily than hers so that might be why. But mixed results here. TLDR; THESE WORK. I would recommend these for people who need better airflow and want to reduce potential for snoring. Read more
