This will not work for air conditioner, the power isn't strong enough. Also the outlet itself is regular so your ac plug into this smart outlet and plug the smart outlet into a normal output. Would not recommend. Read more
I’m not sure what everyone’s problem is. I downloaded the free app and set up my account in no time. I plugged the controller into the outlet, pushed the button to start the pairing sequence. The controller connected to my WiFi. (It must be 2.4G) I can control it with my phone. I misread the description, it works with Alexa. I have Google Home. Read more

No earth pin. Although a smart plug which allows 3 pin plugs this outlet self plugs in only 2 "hot" pins. The earth pin is not there. So that makes it unusable for use where earth is necessary (it's an extra safety) Read more
It doesn’t connect to my device, not with WiFi or Bluetooth. I had a device similar to this and it worked fine. It had the same process to set up and it doesn’t work properly. I strongly don’t recommended this product to anyone. Read more
Completely misleading. The 2 prongs that connect to the wall outlet are vertical not horizontal. There is no dedicated ground prong either. This is strictly a 120volt max. Also it will not accept a flared negative prong. Read more
