size/fit perfect ( think I ordered small) perfect for 133 lb. 5'7" Male Shoulder and arm move too freely for me It surrounds (cups) shoulder perfectly and tightens it down if that is all that is needed , but it does not seem to restrict arm motion. A separate velco type strap attached to arm and chest strap could control some arm movement but would cost more and require surface attachment changes.
