THE LITTLE WIFE SAYS… This is my third pair of Sorel boots, and I’m a huge fan of their selection! Each pair has been stellar and lasted me for years—but I do take care of my belongings. 🙃🤓 So far, these are quite comfy. I wear them to work, while walking all over town, and even up and down airport terminals. The traction and lug soles are excellent—no slipping here. The height takes me from five-foot-nothing to 5’3”, super Minnie Mouse! 😂😜 I also feel stylish in them. These run slightly roomier than my standard size 7, but that’s perfect since I wear slightly thicker winter socks with mine. They pair beautifully with skirts, dresses, and both skinny and wide-leg denim. I’m not sure how “waterproof” the suede material is, as I haven’t traipsed through puddles or worn them during downpours. From what I’ve read, suede tends to ruin quickly in those conditions regardless of a protective seal. Read more

These might be the cutest boots I have ever seen. Unfortunately they are weirdly too narrow across the ball of the foot. There is no “wide” size offered or I would try it, but I do not have a wide foot. My favorite athletic shoe is an Asic, and those are know to be a little narrow. Come on, Sorel. You can’t make a shoe this cute and not have a normal fit. I love the styling of this boot. I think many people must be wearing it slightly tight, because it’s so dang cute. Update: I exchanged for a half size larger. The area over the ball of the foot is fine now with regular socks. I still can’t wear thick winter socks with these. If I went up a full size the heel would slip and they would be too long. With normal socks they are now comfortable and so cute! These are now among my favorite boots; they’re up there with my Dr Marten chelseas. One thing I LOVE: the way the laces are designed, these boots snug up and tie faster than any shoe I have ever worn. Love it. Quick to put on and take off, surprisingly so!!! You won’t have to adjust the laces. They are almost as fast as a zipper! These boots sounded squeaky and loud, like saddle leather, the first couple times I wore them, as other reviewers have noted. This is not uncommon for a good leather. They are becoming quiet as I wear them. No more annoying squeaks. Read more
