I wanted to start taking a multi now that I'm not necessarily a teen anymore. I researched the heck out of what goes into a good multi and Source Naturals seems to be one of the few vitamin manufacturers that actually cares about the ingredients they are putting in our bodies. It has the right forms and quantities of things so that our bodies will absorb the most. For example most of their multis don't have iron so that they can be used for both men and women but this one being a women's multi has a very small amount of Iron in the correct form so it won't build up in our bodies. It also has things that have been proven in Europe (my sources not theirs) for spider veins, eye sight, tissue health, the list could go on for a while. I didn't want to be plunking down a sum each month for something that wasn't really helping me so I did the research to educate myself first. Unfortunately most of the multis out there are crap, I couldn't believe how many had things that build up in your system or had one thing but not the other thing that was needed to absorb the first. The past couple of months, I noticed that I have less energy and would get sick more often than my normal 'sickly' rate. As they say, when you hit the 30's, your body changes and I suspected that it might also be that my son is a preteen now and required more parenting. That's how I started my search for the ultimate women's vitamins. My criteria was simple - cheap and effective. This fit the bill. It is recommended to take 3 tabs a day - but I only use 1 a day. I feel better, I have more energy. The only 'complain' I have is that my pee is really yellow. But it's a normal side effect. Plus, I get to motivate myself to drink more water just so I can get a better colored pee. TMI. My other 'complaint' is that it smells like some organic farm soil. But it's normal with multi-vitamins. I give it 5 stars because it was the 'perfect' supplement to my otherwise healthy self. Read more

I've been taking these vitamins for just over a week and I've noticed that it is easier for me to push through and finish out my day more easily than before I started taking them. They were among the ones recommended in a survey from a not-for-profit reviewer of multivitamins that allows the user to identify the amount she is able to allow for vitamins, as well as demographic information. While there may not ever be a true "fountain of youth," I have observed a noticeable difference in my stamina since I started taking these. I am 57 years old. I've taken different vitamins throughout my life, but never really understood why some might be better than others. When a friend's nutritionist recommended the Source Naturals brand to him, I thought I'd give these a try. I noticed a big difference in my energy level and overall well-being right from day 1. It appears that these nutrients are derived from natural sources, which is much better than a synthetic vitamin. I began using the Source Naturals Multi without Iron and had fantastic results so I thought I'd try the Women's formula. I had to take the max daily serving to get any results compared to the minimum serving of the Multi. At that rate these became un-affordable and much less effective. The quality is great as with all SN products, this particular supplement just didn't work as well for me. I love this brand, and for someone just starting a multivitamin I'd say this one is mild and gentle and is a good place to start. Read more
I've used these for many years. This brand has about the best quality and quantity around, with regards to the ingredients. Take the 3 spread out throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for best results, so that your body has a constant supply of vitamins throughout the day. Read more
