Case mounting defects

The phone case mounting portion is already breaking, the mount I got from you is metal however the case portion is plastic and it’s separating causing it to not lock properly. This is only from light use and not even a month old. Please help to resolve this. Read more

Questionable design

The Mount is great when all components function! Emailed customer service twice in regards to the wires/ clips coming out of the case and my phone falling out of my mounts. No response at all? Said to be a two year warranty and only a year in no support. I have 5 sp connect mounts on my bikes and anxiously needing another mount for a new bike but am very hesitant as the customer service department doesn’t seem to care about customer service. All I asked for was a new clip for my phone case and offered to send them the one I have for review. Also be advised. As they change the mounting plates you have to continuously purchase new mounts as they changed the design on me I have actually purchased 10 of these mounts and only 5 that are currently usable with the new style cases.
