The heater heats up my office pretty quickly. I love having a remote control. There are only 2 levels of heater (high and low) and a fan. So, it does not have a thermostat to turn it off when it gets to a certain level of heat. It just keeps running, until you turn it off. It does have the safety feature of turning off when it tips over. This was supposed to be a quiet heater, but it is not much quieter that my other floor heaters. Read more

Good heat, not safe

I'm torn. This arrived quickly, work quite well. However, it has no temperature control. I searched specifically for a heater with a temp reading thinking that was all I needed. Why display a temp if it can't be controlled. It also does not shut off manually, it needs the control. While the heater is efficient, it lacks safety features that are important. Read more
