Absolutely love these!! I was worried at first because there wasn’t many reviews, but after about a week of wearing these I have really enjoyed them. I wake up and feel much more refreshed, and my mouth isn’t so dry from when I usually breathe through my mouth. This helps open up my nose significantly, and have held up really well. They are quite sticky, so they stay on all night and are easy to apply. The only thing is sometimes the skin under the strip gets dry, so I have to moisturize that section right after I take it off or it will leave a red mark sometimes. I’m genuinely impressed! These have made a noticeable difference in my breathing at night and have reduced snoring. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on all night, even if you move around in your sleep, but still comfortable. I love that they open up my nasal passages right away, making it easier to breathe and helping me sleep more soundly. The media could not be loaded. These nasal strips are effective at opening nasal passages. Once adhered to the skin, they do a good job of staying on throughout the night. While effective, they aren’t my favorite nasal strips. For starters, the packaging is very fussy. They are in the same type of package as bandages and you have to tear each strip in its own package away from the other strips. So basically they are all in one long packaging piece than you tear off at perforated lines. I use breathing strips at night so I don’t love all those extra steps when I’m getting ready for sleep (not to mention it’s noisy for my partner who is usually asleep or nearly so by the time I’m getting ready for sleep). While the adhesive works quite well, I had to throw away my first because it wouldn’t stick. I forgot to clean my nose immediately before use and it didn’t stick at all. I’ve used other strips that stuck even when I didn’t clean my skin immediately beforehand. I think the reason these don’t adhere as readily is the strip that goes across the bridge of the nose is narrower than the other strips I use. I took a picture of these on top of the other, and you can see how much wider the other is - giving more surface area to adhere and thus a little more room for error (handy for people with oily skin). I could live with these issues, but I wouldn’t repurchase these because the shape of the ends of these strips is uncomfortable. I would recommend against these if you have a smaller nose and/or use these with CPAP and/or don’t plan on standing in front of a mirror to make sure these are perfectly centered. The little stiff parts that perform the action of holding open nasal passages extend all the way to the end of these. Instead of extending the fabric part over the ends, they opted for this cut out shape that will poke your skin and be uncomfortable. I don’t have a tiny nose (might be a little smaller than average since I’m a woman on the petite side), but I put this on just a tiny bit off center and it was poking uncomfortably into the side of my nose. I had to peel off the edge and kind of bend it backwards to stop it from being uncomfortable enough to prevent sleep. Don’t get me wrong. These function well to keep nasal passages open, but I would recommend them primarily to people who have larger noses or who plan on using them during the day. They are an okay value since they are work as advertised, but the aforementioned issues will keep me from repurchasing. Read more

The adhesive on these nasal strips is beyond pathetic! Specifically on the ends. I do everything they say to do in preparing and cleaning my nose. They do go on at the start with no difficulty, but after just a few minutes the sides start popping up and off! The Strips will not stay on at this point. Very disappointed in their ability to stay on to relieve my stuffy sinuses at night. I have a very tall nose ridge, so your mileage may vary, but I tended doubt it... Read more

I have issues with stuffy nose and allergies and was hoping for something new. I tried these and.... 1. They are not strong, they don't hold for longer than 2-3 hrs at their full strength. 2. Very flimsy you find yourself having to push down on them to stick again. 3. They come bunched up in the package like a tight pack of hot dogs! 4. They stand out like a sore red neck and you get very strange looks from your kid and strangers at the store and gym... Conclusion- get the regular Breath Right strips(Walmart or amazon has them) they are strong and hold and pull your nostrils apart for amazing breathing!!! Read more
