I cannot say enough about these weight sets. The safety, flexibility and space saving of these sets are incomparable. These weight sets and the accessories are super versatile, they save a ton of space, they look really sharp/sexy in any room, and they are so much safer then the standard barbell/weight set that can pinch fingers. I bought the weight sets to start with (barbell/dumbells, etc.), because I was tired of having different size weights all over my house. This set saved me from that stress! I love this bar and it works perfectly with the matching weight sets. I only wish Northdeer would sells single female weight plates without having to buy an entire new set of dumbbells that I don't need. Twisting off the plates every time I need to use my dumbbells is a bit unwieldy, and the sets of single plates sold are only f/m, where a f/f is needed in order to keep stacking the plates I have.
