I’ve been using this one for a while and it’s actually pretty nice. It has good support for side sleeping and the shape feels natural, not stiff or awkward. The cooling fabric helps a bit too, which is a nice touch, especially on warmer nights. That said, it does flatten out some overnight, so it’s not as lifted as when you first lay down. The cover feels soft but the zipper’s a bit delicate, so I try not to tug on it too hard. It’s definitely comfortable and well-made, but it hasn’t fully replaced my daily pillow. I still switch back depending on how my neck feels that night. Still, for the price and comfort, it’s one I don’t regret trying. Read more

This pillow is so soft and comfortable. I'm a side slepper and this pillow nestles my head. It gives good support in either orientation (see photos 1 and 2). I personally like orientation 1, which is the smaller lift, but you can decide which is better for you. The only disadvantage of a non-standard pillow is the pillowcase (photo 3). I like to have a clean pillowcase ready when I change the sheets. But as far as I know, you can't buy a second pillowcase. I took a star away for this, but you could just wash the pillowcase everytime you change the sheets. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I waited a few weeks so that I could use this every day to see how I feel after sleeping on this pillow. I have just say that I really like this one. It is not big and bulky and obnoxious. And I have paid a lot more money for other ones! This one comparatively is quite small, some of the other ones I have bought in the past were the same size as a standard pillow, which made them bulky. Not only is this a comfortable pillow and my neck really does notice a difference, it does stay cool like advertised. The material that covers it is very nice. I have woken up very refreshed sleeping on this pillow and I am a light sleeper. Moreover, I haven’t yet a typical neck pain that I wake up with and at my last Chiropractic visit, my chiropractor, said I wasn’t as out of line this time.I have even used it for a couple of days between my knees, which helps with lumbar support. I just received the pillow and wanted to provide initial impressions. Will provide updates if it changes. The product is well packaged and has some heft to it. Like other memory foam items, this pillow comes compressed in a plastic storage bag, with the air sucked out to compress into a small container. It requires some time after opening to obtain its final form. Instructions also state to give the pillow 3-4 days to "air out". Can't blame the manufacturer for the initial smell. All foam items are chemically derived products so it'll have some odor. As long as the odor can eventually be eliminated, it's fine. Also, planning on covering the pillow with a waterproof cover plus a pillow cover. The non-uniform shape of the pillow is a bit novel to me. I'm used to memory foam pillows that are uniformly shaped from left to right. This one is shaped to conform to the neck and shoulder area. Even has a divot for the head, when laying flat or ear, when laying on the side. Again, never tried this type of pillow before so will report back. I wasn't sure how I would like this like, seeing how I've tried foam memory guide like in the past and hated them. However, this one isn't clunky and heavy. It also has a slight cooling effect to it. It supports my neck without it being rigid. I wish it fit a pillowcase, but it comes with a removable one and it is soft enough. You can use this pillow in a few different angles, which I like. You can even bunch it up and it stays soft. This pillow gets all the stars because I have truly tried to find the perfect pillow and this pillow, without a doubt is the best it you have neck problems. Read more
