This product came in a great package and simple to attach and it stays attached to the vent. My iPhone XS Max stays but you have to have the metal at the top of the phone. The magnet will not hold a phone by putting the metal inside a good and durable protective case. You have to attach it to the outside, My wife has a pop sock and we attached the metal circle to it and it works great that way, a little more shaky but holds well. I have used Syncwire products before and Have been pleased with them. I like the simplicity and quality of their products. With this Air Vent Phone Holder, I have found that it works well but with any air vent product, the vent has to cooperate with it. My vents move very easily and if you put a phone on the holder is moves the vent downward, to compensate the vent will blow down but you can adjust the holder to keep your phone in an upright position. The magnetic hold is strong however the clip on portion doesn’t always hold when on a bumpy road if you have the larger phone model like iPhone 12 Pro Max because of weight, it tends to pull clip out of the vent unless also resting against another object when hitting big road bumps. Shipped quickly, liked the ease of operation and being able to see phone while driving hands off! Will use this anyway. Read more
