Great look and low profile on my countertop. Perfect for one or two people. I like to add French green beans, cream of mushroom soup and a can of tuna near the end of the cycle for a nice casserole dish. I serve it with cheese on top & applesauce on the side. This is perfect for me. If you’re on a bland diet - it’s a “must have”. It comes with a small measuring cup - I use a ratio of 1 rice/ 2 water so often use 1/3 cup rice and 2/3 cup water (whole grain rice). I love the removable lid piece that makes cleaning quick, thorough, and easy. I’m very happy with my rice cooker! I wish it had a timer for the cooking cycle. Read more

Cute and easy to use! This is the perfect size for a small family or single. It is the first rice cooker I have ever owned and I’ve only used it to make rice so far but it worked as expected and I am pleased with the purchase. I am planning to use the other modes soon. It does not come with recipes but they are easy to find on the internet. Love that the inner pot is definitely non-stick and easy to clean! I have a small kitchen with limited counter space and storage so this is just right! Read more

If you're planning on cooking in yout dorm don't worry. As far as I know, it's practically soundless. Cleaning is pretty easy, you can definitely cook meat in it. If you're worried about steam don't be, it has a back part which releases some. If you're in a dorm however, just have a big fan plugged in and there will be no 'detector' problem. It does cost a bit, but it is pretty good. It's pretty quick, only if you understand how to start the timer/process. Rice can stick, but all you gotta do is soak it. As for using it first time? A bit confusing as seen in another review, but for context: The weight doesn't matter, it will count down sometimes, also its very light of a cooker, as for the process— select a mode, and wait. Don't click anything else. It'll begin its process, and if you're worried, you can keep checking on it and the process won't stop unless you click it or unplug. Read more

Great rice cooker, until I tried to clean it and the lid is not detachable as advertised. I managed to take the gasket off but it's impossible to get back in. Sad because it works well and is very cute. Read more

I love this thing, it is so cute, easy to use, small enough to store almost anywhere, and still makes a good pot of rice. Read more

I missed my return window, which is a huge bummer. This rice cooker is terrible. The user interface is super unclear, the "instructions" that come with it are not useful, and it's impossible to keep the machine clean. The lid is not removable and has lots of pieces to it that trap water that you literally can't reach, which is very scary. Read more
