I needed a 9” ball for required home physical therapy. I fell in love with the one my therapist had for so many functional and comfort reasons. She reccomended the Trideer on Amazon to use at home. It arrived within the 24 he window ( super awesome) 👏 the product though requires some assembly, blow up then plug with provided plug. My gym-rat BF had it ready in five minutes. No excuses! So home recovery- therapy begins. It’s easy to grip and hold nicely. Refill was easy. Great price and super convenient to my door. My home gym is growing. I bought this to work on stretching and strengthening indoors over the winter when I’m unable to ride. This little ball is fantastic for just that. Tons of ideas on social media for how to use it. It is durable and high quality for the money. The biggest challenge is keeping my dogs away from it. Read more
