A Perfect Hamstring stretch

This us kind of perfect. The green strap that I used in physical therapy and subsequently bought makes a perfect hamstring stretch. The strap allows you to keep your leg straight as you pull each toward your chest. This takes pressure off your knee joint and also ameliorates knee stiffness. Read more
