I use this quality stretching exercise strap by Trideer to safely do my physical therapy exercise at home. It is a sturdy, but flexible design; made of soft material to grip, and is easy to use, placing loops on my foot and hand. It is very long and has multiple loops , so people of almost any height can use it. I like that it has a 12 month warranty and it was a good value for the price. I love the cherry bright color. I received this strap a few weeks ago and have been using it daily. It is effective for my uses, and a good value at this price point. After much research, I discovered that the lower priced straps such as these are rough to the touch and kind of feel abrasive like rope. This band however is smooth to the touch and has a much more pleasant feel. It is a true black and works as advertised. It would have been helpful if it arrived with some example stretches, but I’m sure YouTube can fill that void. Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend. Read more

The stretching strap is easy to use and works as expected. It has plenty of foot/hand loops so I didn't have any problems finding a comfortable handing position while doing PT stretches. The stitching seems to be strong and it should last a long time. I would buy this again if I was buying another one of these straps. Read more
My physical therapist has these so I ordered one to use for my home physical therapy exercises after my knee replacement. After I started using it at home as well as at the clinic, my degrees of Bend for my knee have gone up considerably. Great sturdy quality tool.
