The product feels a bit flimsy but actually holds up well although the hose connections can be quite frustrating if not done in a particular sequence. I love the design of the bidet itself (if not the hose connectors) which allows you to install the bidet without having to remove the toilet seat. The thinness of the bidet base also allowed the toilet seat to be stable and well seated after the installation. The installation instructions were decent but here are some added suggestions and a slight variation: Place a bowl under the water supply connection to the tank to catch any water spill. Shut off the water supply and disconnect the water supply hose. Given the limited space to work in, wrap all the threaded piping prior to any partial connections. Connect the T-Adapter to the bottom of the tank securely (make sure that there is no "wiggling") Reconnect the water hose. If you haven't done so mount the bidet onto the toilet. Connect the water hose to the bidet. Connect the other end of the water hose to the T-Adapter. Turn on the water supply valve and check for leaks. Test your bidet. When screwing on the connectors there can be a tendency to cross thread, however, I found that following the sequence outlined above essentially mitigated this issue. Read more
