Longterm satisfied! This fills a niche need if you don't like to be propped sky high or at an acute angle when we lay down. It's one of the most comfortable pillows I have found, and beautifully made. It is well constructed and has maintained its support & thickness through months of regular use! These pillows are as pictured, kind of flat, but they work really well for the soft seating area I set up. They are flat enough to work well on chairs as cushions, which is how I'm using them, but they also would work well for those who like flatter pillows when they sleep.
