I would rate 5 if not for the wick. I have an old ‘20’s ronson lighter that I used this kit for. The wick sucked putting on. Get a wick that has a wire end so that its easier to rewick. I had to tie copper wire around it and pull it through but it took quite some time. My lighter also uses a flint wheel clutch, so be sure to check and see if yours needs one too. Outside of that, the quality of the flint, wick, and cotton seems good. love that it comes with plenty of extra flint.
