Great product! Very sturdy. Excellent construction. I weigh 205 lbs and once I sized it to my door frame it has remained solid during all types of pull-ups and chin ups. I've even hung straps off it to do supine rows, push ups and suspended leg scissors. I highly recommend this product. Read more
Easy to put together and mount to door frame. No missing hardware; instructions are clear. User should exercise caution when hanging the framework on door frame as to not damage wall finish by placing the hardened contoured edge against the door molding. Trying to pull the frame down to proper position, if not carefully placed properly against the door molding for security, can damage paint. The grips appear nice but if intent is to use this bar for hanging, I believe the grips are too soft to be comfortable on the hand. A contoured denser material would be more comfortable, imo. I tried hanging hooks that wrap around the wrist and have a curved hook to hang on the bar. This didn't increase comfort or security for me. Next to try is leather grip wraps for weight training and hanging. I hope this is better for me. Comfort aside, pullups and hanging is ideal for strength training and therapy. Recent shoulder surgery and arthritis of the shoulder, I found recommendations to use a pull-up bar for hanging for rehabilitation. Seems good advice so far. I've recovered some comfort when lying down on both shoulders since I started using this pullup bar. If experiencing pain with lying down to sleep, the other discovery I made to improve comfort is to hydrate properly. A better approximation of hydration I found was to divide body weight in pounds by half and drink that much water in fluid ounces. Eight cups of water may not be sufficient hydration; a common indicator of insufficient hydration may actually be increased pain while trying to sleep. Hydration and hanging have improved my sleep and comfort after surgery. Read more

Okay, so 100% dusclosure: I have never done an actual pull up in my entire 46 years. During my twenties and early thirties I probably could have if I would have tried, but with 3 little ones running around with me chasing them, I got plenty of exercise. Now, my kiddos are young adults, and I am soon to be an "empty nester." I have been trying to get more physical activity in, but wanted something to add some strength. I hope my ambition didn't get the best of me when choosing KUKZO's Pull Up Bar for Doorways. The reason I say this is because I am still trying to get that first pull up achieved lol....I do think if, no scratch that - when I get to do that first pull up it will be with the help of this pull up bar. It is very easy to assemble and install. If you need to take it down for any reason, it is just as easy to remove. The size is great for our doorways and it doesn't mark up my walls/doorways. The quality seems nice, plus the versatility of the positions I can choose from is good for my shoulders. Read more
It's a nice pull-up bar that has comfortable grips and feels secure compared to other's I've used. It fit over my door just fine and held securely. The middle has an loop to attach any resistance bands which I thought was a nice feature. The different handles allow you to grip it multiple ways and target your back. Overall the quality is good and it's easy to assemble. You can even use it on the floor for push-ups but I don't think I'll ever be doing that. It's great as a pull-up bar indoors. Read more

This pull-up bar is a great space saver and very versatile. It targets all the major muscle groups and has ergonomic grips and can be flipped and used on the floor for push-ups and other exercises, which is a nice bonus. The foam grips are anti-slip and work well even when your hands get sweaty. Assembly was quick and easy too. You do need to attach two pieces, but it only took me about five minutes and didn’t require any tools. One small issue is that the wall pad on one side is a bit loose and slips, while the other side stays in place. It hasn’t caused any major problems, but it’s worth noting. Also, the part that hooks over the door frame doesn’t have padding, so it may scuff the paint. Although it was advertised as foldable, it doesn’t actually fold down, which was disappointing. However, it does fit easily under a bed for storage. Overall, my husband and I are very happy with it. It’s comfortable to use, easy to set up, and a solid option if you’re short on space. Pull up bar. This thing was easy to get mounted on my door and it assembled within just a few minutes. It seems sturdy enough we do live in a trailer so not the greatest set up, but we haven’t had any issues so far. It is mounted pretty sturdy. And it is working great. Myself and my boyfriend have both used it without any issues. It’s nice having this in the home as another workout option. Read more
