I’m very happy with this!! I have two large dogs that are scared to get their nails done with clippers or other grinders. I kept training sessions very short. On one dog, I could do three nails. Another, I did one nail. The third was a dog that was rescued off the streets and had only been groomed in the shelter. He let me touch him. I ended each of their training sessions on a positive note with lots of treats along the way. I wanted a positive experience since they all had fear. I am confident it won’t take long until each will rest confidently while I do their nails. Read more

The best compliment I can give these is that one of our dogs flat our refuses to let us clip her nails. She's a big dog and the fight is on whenever it needs to happen. With these grinders we were successfully able to trim them down using a grinding method rather than a clipping method. It's nice how quiet it is, and that is has a decent charge and the wire isn't connected so it doesn't get in the way. We're very happy to have this grinder. Read more

My new puppy does not like me clipping his nails so I got this. It works great on his little nails. Charged up fast. Lightweight and easy to use. My pup didn’t mind it at all. Read more

The instant he laid eyes on clippers, he would use his claws to push them away. I was able to sit on the rug with this grinder, let him smell it for a minute, and then switch it on with his paw resting on my palm. The fact that he glanced at it without running away was already a significant improvement over our standard procedure. Because of the more moderate response, I felt more confident in taking my time instead of rushing through each nail. In actual reality, the design of the cordless phone has proven to be more important than I had anticipated. I was able to sit in whichever place the dog felt most comfortable in rather than attempting to position him in close proximity to an outlet since I was able to freely move about the dog without having to deal with a cable. On one weekend, I completed the work on his front paws in the living room, which is the place where he enjoys taking naps. I also finished the work on his rear paws next to his bed, all of which was done under the same charge. I have never had the feeling that I was confined to one location, and that freedom of movement made the whole procedure seem more laid-back for both of us. I make use of brief passes, stop, examine the nail, and then return inside if necessary. It took me a couple of nails, but eventually I became used to how rapidly it trims. Once I had gotten used to it, I was able to stop before I went too near for comfort. The final outcome is a nail that is smooth and no longer scratches the floor or snags on blankets when he leaps onto the sofa. I am working more carefully with my cat because she is more sensitive, but I have still been able to trim her nails enough to lessen the unexpected scratches that occur when she chooses to hop up on my lap. Okay, so my dog, Buster, used to act like his nails were personally attacking him whenever I brought out the clippers, it was like a tiny, furry horror movie every time 😱. He’d hide under the bed and give me the saddest puppy dog eyes you’ve ever seen, which, I mean, that's their superpower, right? I needed a better solution, so I got this little grinder thing, and honestly, it’s been a game changer for our peaceful home. The noise is pretty chill, it's just a low hum, not the scary CLACK sound that the clippers used too make, so Buster doesn't freak out before I even start. I usually give him a small treat first and let him sniff the grinder, and now he just kinda lays there, like "Oh, we doing this again, fine." 😂. The whole process is much smoother now because I can take my time, just easing it up to the nail, not having to rush and worry about hitting a nerve, which I've done before and felt terrible about, poor guy. It’s also super easy to handle; it fits right in my palm and feels balanced, so I don't feel like I'm wrestling a weird, vibrating toothbrush or anything. The power is consistent, so it does the job quickly and neatly, no awkward stalling or anything like that, and I only have too plug it in like, once a month, the battery is ridiculously good. Plus, now Buster gets to keep his "manicure" a little bit longer, and I get too keep my sanity, so it's a win-win for everyone, especially for my furniture, which is no longer being scratched up by tiny dog claws 💅 Read more

The description of this pet nail grinder is accurate based on my experience. The material feels thick and durable, unlike cheaper options. The grinding head works smoothly and allows me to trim my cat’s nails in a short amount of time without causing discomfort. One feature I appreciate is that it runs quietly. The low noise level helps keep my cat calm while grinding, making the process easier for both of us. The device is rechargeable, and once fully charged, it lasts a long time before needing to be plugged in again. I have used it multiple times, and it continues to meet our needs. My cat tolerates it well, and I have had no issues with performance. Read more

This nail grinder has made clipping my pets' nails so much easier. My cats would hate it when I cut their claws, and I would hate it too. I would cut too deeply inside, and blood would come out. This has made it so much easier. The clipper isnt even a clipper; it grinds the nails, and it even has a light to show me where the blood is, so I dont grind too much of the nail. The grinder handles nails of small, medium, and large pets without snagging or splitting, and the two replacement heads give extra value. It’s light and easy to control, so trimming is safer and less scary for both pets and me. Read more
