I am happy with my order

I am happy with my order, it feels refreshing & soothing on my face. I clean it with rubbing alcohol & keep it in the freezer. Minor complaints - it squeaked when using it but I just put a bit of olive oil where it connects & it stopped squeaking. Also the box it came in was pretty banged up which if it was to be a gift I would not have been able to gift it, it should not have left the warehouse like that. Minor complaints aside, it doesn't take away from the 5 star rating! Read more

Squeaky

I wanted to love this product, but it doesn’t stay cold for very long. My plastic ice roller last way longer than the stainless steel. And on top of that the squeaks every time you roll it. It’s very annoying. Read more

Works well but squeaks when you roll it.

I love the concept of this roller, but it’s squeaky when you roll it 😏 That gets old fast. I do love how it works though. I have long used an ice cube to calm inflammation of a pimple or to take away under eye puffiness, but this is way better because it doesn’t melt and get everything all wet. Plus, it stays cold a long time. I wash mine after using it, then dry it and put it into a plastic storage bag and put it back in the freezer so it’s ready to use when I need it. Read more

Squeaky and doesnt stay cold for what feels like 2 minutes

I was really excited to use this face roller as it was claimed online as one of the best. However, mine is squeaky when i use it on my face- literally squeaks with every roll - and it doesnt stay cold long enough. i have used face rollers made of gel in the past and they stayed colder for much longer than this product. Needless to stay i'm super disappointed in this roller. Read more
