This pull-up bar has been a great addition to my home workout setup. It’s actually the first pull-up bar I’ve ever purchased, and overall I’m really impressed with how well it works. One of my favorite features is the variety of grip positions. The different handles make it easy to switch up your workouts and target different muscles depending on how you position your hands. The ergonomic grips also feel comfortable and secure while using it. Installation was another big plus. It was so easy to set up—no complicated instructions or tools required. It fits well in the doorway and feels sturdy while in use, which definitely gave me confidence when doing pull-ups and other exercises. The only downside for me is the price. While it works well and seems well made, I do feel like it’s a bit expensive for what it is. That’s really the only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Overall though, it’s a solid piece of equipment that’s easy to use and versatile for different exercises. If you’re looking for a convenient doorway pull-up bar for home workouts, this is definitely a good option. Read more

I have used a few doorway pull up bars over the years, and this one is definitely one of the more solid feeling options I have tried. It comes mostly assembled, so setup is quick. Slide in the hook arms, tighten the knobs, and mount it on the frame. No drilling, no permanent hardware. Once it is in place, it feels sturdy. There is very little movement as long as you are controlled with your reps. I would not recommend kipping or wild swinging on any doorway bar, but for strict pull ups, chin ups, and neutral grip variations, it does the job well. The multiple grip positions are a big plus. You can switch between wide, close, and neutral grips to hit different angles. The foam padding is thick enough to be comfortable without feeling spongy. It also helps with grip when your hands get sweaty. One important thing that is not talked about enough is space. You need enough clearance on both sides of the door frame for the extended arms to sit properly. If your doorway is tight against a wall on one side, this may not work. Also, you will not be able to close the door while it is mounted. It is best suited for a hallway or a doorway you do not need to constantly shut. There are pads where the bar contacts the frame, which helps prevent damage, but you still want a sturdy, solid door frame. This is not something I would trust on weak trim or decorative molding. Overall, if you have the right type of doorway and enough room on either side, this is a convenient way to add pull ups to your routine without turning your house into a construction project. It is stable, versatile, and easy to take down when you are done. Read more
I liked the Bar for its quality Construction. It's very strong. Fast Assembly, although the Big Screw knobs are a bit of a Pain. The main problems I encountered were: (1) the bar hangs too high near the top of the Door-sill Frame; (2) There were NO Cushion-Pads on the Reverse-wall Door-Sill-contact areas which (3) Damaged my Wall Above Door Sill; (4) The Seller Delayed Refund for NO Reason. Love this sturdy, high quality pull up bar. Very durable and well made, easy to install and remove when I need to close my door. Also very easy to use and supports heavy weights for myself and a couple of my friends who have tried it. Extremely easy and intuitive to use and for me a great motivator to get more in shape as it’s in my office and I constantly see it and am reminded that I want to be stronger and get more fit so I can age gracefully. I really like the colors and the look as I feel it’s a nice addition and looks great. I use this daily to try and increase my strength and it’s been fun to watch my progress. You can use this in so many ways to increase your strength and is a full body workout. Highly recommend, great quality at a great price. Read more

This isn't a bad pull up bar, but it feels a little less sturdy than some similar doorway models I've tried. But first, it's very easy to install. The grips on the bar make it comfortable to hold onto. I like that you can do a variety of workouts with the different grip positions. And, in general, it should be fine for pull-ups for most users. In my case, there are two larger individuals (nowhere near the weight capacity though) using it. And this moves just a little too much for me to feel comfortable with it on a regular basis. I think the main difference between these and others we've used is that the little nubs that go against the top of your door frame basically sit there. With some others, they gently tuck behind the frame. I never loved that design for fear it might loosen the trim over time. But I definitely feel a difference with the stability, and this type feels a little less stable to me. If you're smaller than we are though, very possible you won't notice any difference. Read more
