This mixer has some good power to it. I've used it to make dough, brownies, mashed potatoes, and cookie dough. Mixed everything with ease! The attachments are easy to clean and lightweight. So this little mixer was inexpensive so you’d think it wouldn’t be very powerful. On the contrary, the lowest speed is a doozy. I was unprepared when I used it first and launched food around my kitchen…on the weakest setting. Going to the highest setting feels like the food and I will be launched into space. For some, this might be a good thing but I don’t want to go into space or clean mashed potatoes off of my ceiling…I could use a lower setting. Lol Read more
