The one thing you need to know is, if the cost doesn’t seem to turn on even after you’ve turned on the battery pack, unplug the pack and plug it back in. I don’t know why that works, but it does. It’s otherwise perfect. It has nice pockets. It’s comfortable. It runs a bit small, but that’s what you want with this. The heating unit in the linking works best even right up against you. It’s sturdy. I had a cat give me a scare by trying to destroy the lining, ergo the wiring, but she didn’t get a hole in it. I’m keeping it out of her reach. The lining is silver, btw, covered by a black mesh. It looks okay, if a little industrial. It’s not thick, or rather it’s not bulky, but it can keep you warm even turned off except on the worst days. On the worst days that heating feature is amazing. Oh, and the instructions on how to use it are vital. It flashes red to warm up then turns white for medium heat. You can cycle between with the button after that. Let it do its thing warming up first. It takes a minute or two. Not much. Read more

This jacket is great! It fits beautifully, it has ample pockets and the heat elements are in the perfect places. I also love the fact the hood is detachable. But all of that pales in comparison to the customer service I have received from this company. I had an issue with the original battery, it didn't last for any length of time, even though fully charged. But the company replied promptly and went over and above to make sure I had what I needed to make it work. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them, you will NOT be disappointed. Read more

This is the most versatility, easy to use, great quality winter jacket I have ever used. The zipper quality is sturdy and thick, and can cover the zipper with buttoning the jacket as well. I love being able to layer this jacket with my thick hoodie on those really cold nights walking my dog. The battery life is surprisingly long just need to remember to turn the jacket off after wearing as it is easy to forget and it will stay on for hours. The jacket is cozy and soft on the inside making this comfortable wearing without layers. Read more

I needed a heavy jacket for my trip to Colorado at the beginning of May, so I chose this one. During the week I spent there, I experienced a variety of weather conditions, including snow, rain, and extremely cold and hot temperatures. This jacket held up really well and kept me dry the entire time. I liked that the power bank is somewhat small and doesn’t add too much to the heaviness of the jacket. However, I found it somewhat annoying how bulky it is around the top where the zipper ends. I wish there were a way to keep the corners folded down. The reason I reduced my rating by one star is due to the inconsistent temperature in different areas of the jacket. The description claims it can reach up to 131°F, but when touching one side it was much colder than the other side, so I decided to check with my kitchen thermometer. I ended up finding a variety of readings. On the right side, I measured 142°F, on the left a maximum of 109°F (no matter how long I waited it wouldn’t go above that), and the collar reached 165°F. I'm not sure if I was the only one to receive a faulty jacket, but the heating elements were the main reason I purchased this jacket in the first place. For the price it needs to work a 100%.
