Quality Swiss made cheese grater that arrived in crushed manufacturer's packaging
I am impressed with the design and manufacturing quality of this Victorinox grater, which was listed and purchased as a new item. But I am disappointed with Amazon's failure in handling and quality control. Victorinox's cardboard packaging was obviously badly crushed before being placed for shipping in a cardboard box, received undamaged. The purchased item should not have been listed and sold "new!" Very sharp kitchen tool
I'm using this to grate apples for muesli. It works fine grating in both directions, but clogs up with apple flesh quickly. I can't clean it with my fingers- it's very sharp (ask me how I know), so I'm experimenting with different tools. A small silicon spatula seems to work best so far. Read more
