This is a short review of a remarkable product. I recommend you buy one for each of your lavatories (as I have). This is my third Heated Bidet Seat and it is a joy to use. I like the warm seat, the warm wash water and the blow-dry finish. My bottom has never been cleaner and my frequent battle with hemorrhoids is no more. Savings in toilet paper alone will pay for one. If ordering, measure carefully and pay attention to whether your toilet is round or elongated. I wasnt quite sold on getting a bidet but this has been a game changer. Heated seat, heated water, air dryer for your tush. This will make you not want to go number 2 without it. That being said, very easy to install. Its comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend it. Read more

Instructions are somewhat unclear, probably due to translation. I have not found a way to turn on the rinse feature from the remote control. It has the settings for water pressure and dryer heat settings, and turn on the light, but the only way to turn it in is to rotate the knob on the side of the bidet. My previous different brand bidet had all of the settings on the remote, plus a one touch button for rinse and dry. *After use for a few days, I'll add that I wish the seat temp had more options. Besides Off, only 2 options: Low and High, the low barely feels like it's on at all and high is too hot. I wish there was somewhere in between. Read more

Everything is fine about this bidet. I have only had it installed since 2pm yesterday and it's now 745am. The medium seat temp is great as is the medium water temp. The dryer temp is fine, too. The water pressure gets plenty high enough as well. Like they say it will work without power, but the spray strength stays weak, but usable. Right now I would rate it a 10 for the price. Only one thing is strange--I got the remote control seat. Why do you still have to manually turn the knob on the side of the bidet to turn the water on? Safety? Read more

This is my first bidet so I have nothing to compare to but so far I love this thing! It took a little getting used to but now it really does the job. So why only 4 stars? Longevity mainly...if it lasts a couple years then it would definitely be a five star. Only wishes....hi/lo setting on light and a little better instructions. I had to rewatch the video to discover the remote only works on wash settings AFTER the knob on seat is engaged forward or back. Also be sure to return the knob to a fully upright position or else it will keep running a little water. Overall I can highly recommend this seat if you are looking to go the bidet route. I really like how clean you get compared to just paper, which I only use a little bit to finish the drying process. The dryer is nice but I can"t sit long enough to completely dry. The installation was pretty easy as well. So if you are looking to take a dip, I say come on in- the water is fine. ; ) Edit: After having a couple questions and concerns the company responded quickly to rectify the problem with even better than expected results. I like that it was easy to install and worked the first time. It also works both with or without power. What I don’t like is: 1. Temperature is not to my liking: there are only 3 set temps - Off, Hot, and Very Hot. I wish there was a Warm setting 2. The delay before the rods come out is too long - about 3 to 4 seconds. I thought at first it wasn’t working. My other electric bidet seat takes about a second for pre- wash cleaning. There is no delay though, when the unit is not powered. 3. The light is WHITE! Blue would have been a better choice as it evokes warmth. I ended up covering the light with a piece blue film. Much better! Overall, it’s a good buy at this price. Update: DO NOT BUY!!! It never worked even after so called instructions to work!!! I didn’t return because of sanitary reasons. Just didn’t feel right. But I would never buy from this company again. I will be honest this is my second day I purchased, but my very first electronic one. I was looking forward to this product and assembly was easy. I followed all the directions. First try, everything worked well. The water was warm. The air was warm. The front and back worked well.. until the second try. First, the heat in the water stopped. Don’t know why where the directions press the restart button for two seconds unplugged it I did everything.. still did not work. Now the water pressure is starting to it can’t be clogged because I pulled it out and looked at it cleaned it and they’re giving me issues. I want to return this product, but it seems very unsanitary and I’m just gonna go to Home Depot and just purchase another one, but this particular product I’m not happy about this is my first review that I’ve ever do any product that I was unsatisfied with I was looking forward to using this and it lasting for a long time.
