This product keeps warm water warm and makes it a little hotter. If your expecting to heat Cold tap water , it won't do that , per manual, . However if you start out with Hot tap water , 104 deg, it keeps it hot throughout the cleaning cycle and probably makes it hotter to 60 Deg C . Suction is great . Hose cleaning attachment is great innovation. The engineers thought of how to make it easy to take apart and clean most everything. The nozzles are easy to take apart , in the process of cleaning . After reading many reviews on different machines I chose to try this one even though is wasn't rated yet. I glad that I bought it. You can opt for heated water and the amount of water that comes out the nozzle is just right as well as the suction for the little spots that I will be using it on. I have used to twice and had it a couple weeks. I like the crevise tip is great for getting into tight, slender places. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. Read more

I totally dislike this machine for the dishonest facts about it. It's the torso opposite of everything the brand has mentioned. I does not get hot in 15sec, or does not get hot at all! The suction power is 0- none and it does not clean anything. This machine will leave you changing dirty water, and in my case a wet ass bed mattress that I can not sleep on and that I've probably damaged. I want my money back!!! False advertising!!! Read more

I have a full-sized carpet cleaner, but it's a pain to get out for spot use. I thought the VIVOHOME Portable Multipurpose Carpet Cleaner might be a good alternative when one of my dogs has an issue indoors. The VIVOHOME comes well packed, and mine had no damage. Setup only consists of clicking on a head attachment and filling the clean water tank. I don't love the controls, which are the clicky membrane type. You can turn down the suction, but I'm not sure why you'd ever do that. The temperature control is tri-state, and it reverts to "no heating" every time you turn it off. Using the "hot" (60C) temperature setting and max suction, I was able to do some decent cleaning. What I wasn't able to do, was recover a significant portion of the water. My reclamation percentage with my large cleaner is about 60-70%, while the VIVOHOME manages about 20-25%. It's not the end of the world, but you need to know about the device's shortcomings. You'll want to set up a fan and/or dehumidifier to hasten drying. At $110 (with $30 off coupon, at the time of this review), this device is a little unusual. I think this is a good occasional-use device, but the use case is pretty limited. If you have a larger carpet cleaner, I think this is a good companion device.
