So far, so good. I honestly bought it for its looks. It’s beautiful. There is no turntable, but it cooks evenly and the turntable just makes the circle in the middle the useable space. There is no clock showing the time like a general residential microwave but no biggie since that’s just another clock to reset if the power goes out. I had been waiting for my consumer grade microwave oven to die, always wanting a restaurant grade one. I've had this thing a few months now, and it's as rugged as I expected. It does not have a rotating turntable in the bottom, and I believe that would make the product better, but it seems that no commercial oven comes with a rotating tray. The look and feel of this unit, or lack of plastics, is what draws me to them. It will be a lot of years ahead before I can comment on the durability or ruggedness of the electronics. The waveform is still generated by a vacuum tube, and every one of them will grow weaker with time, and increase cook time. So far I'm happy with the unit as delivered. Read more

I saw the reviews about it breaking too quickly. I am only using this oven occasionally to heat food. It heats food better than any microwave I have ever used. No cold/hot spots. Perfectly even. If it breaks quickly, I will change my review. For now, I love it! Read more
Purchased on 10/26/17. Stop working on 2/15/18. Efforts are fruitless to contact the manufacturer for warranty with no results. I paid the extra money to buy commercial thinking it would last longer but was greatly mistaken. It was plugged into a full surge protector so its not the electrical. Read more
