I owned an Oral B. It was very expensive. One day, after two years of periodic use, it just stopped working. Dead. Just like that. I did not feel like buying another expensive one, nor buying another Oral B. This one is surprisingly awesome for the price. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and love it. I love the design. It’s easy to use. The water container is easy to fill. I use it 3 times a day and I love the feel of the water pulsing through my mouth. I can feel my mouth is cleaner and it’s super gentle. It’s actually a lot of fun to use, and it only takes a few seconds to use it. I was very pleased with this purchase. I like the fact that you can fill the water reservoir two was rather than just the tiny plip-open plastic opening on the side. These plastic flip-openings break very easily rendering the operation a difficult task. I've broken a couple before opting for the twist open water reservoir. The water pressure is spot on, too. I bought this product in august for my daughter to help with flossing with braces. Very easy to use, battery lasts a long time with a single charge, simple. fast forward to a couple weeks ago, this thing would randomly turn on, then turn back off, squirting water all over my daughters bathroom....until it just stopped turning off altogether. the buttons wouldnt work when it did this and there are no batteries to remove so once it became possessed, there was nothing you can do. the first time it came on by itself, it took us banging it against the counter to get it to stop. this lasted a few days before i woke up to it going off in my daughters bathroom trashcan at 4am and it ended up in pieces in the garage to get it to stop. very strange. gave it 3 stars as it DID do its job and was a good product, but only for about 7 months. I love how it tapers at the top allowing me, with my arthritic hands, to hold it without undo discomfort. My only negative concern is the recharging port cover. Because it is so small and not attached, it is easily misplaced, dropped, lost, etc. It would be nice if it could be attached in some way to avoid this. This is a disappointment compared to my previous one which was a tank with a long hose This one is difficult to maneuver around at different angles. Also it is very easy to accidentally hit a wrong button and shoot water all over the mirror and wall, as well as your face and eyes. Going back to the style with a tank and hose. Read more
