The filters were easy to install, worked as advertised, and were much less expensive than GE brand filters. The water tastes just as good from this filter as it does from my Pur water pitcher, so now I can free up some room in the fridge. Additionally, I had to contact Waterdrop due to an issue in shipping where it appeared one of the three filters fell out of the box when the box was damaged. Waterdrop customer service was extremely helpful and responsive (responded within the same day). Though they were unable to send out a replacement filter due to lack of stock, they instead processed a full refund of the price which was even better. Great and friendly customer service from Waterdrop. I will definitely be a customer in the future and recommend this company anyone else looking for quality, inexpensive filters. Read more

These Waterdrop Plus filters fit my GE fridge perfectly. I just installed the third one, and the water pressure is noticeably stronger—water tastes fresh and clean. My fridge’s sensor makes it easy to know when to change the filter, and they really last a long time, even with regular water and ice use. Easy to install, reliable, and a great value—highly recommend! Read more

Ordered the 3-pack and it arrived in 48 hours with Prime. I had been going to Home Depot and shelling out $35.00 - $40.00 for the GE branded GSWF filter. When my replace filter light came on last week I decided to take a look on Amazon and see if I could find it cheaper. The GE brand was still about the same price so I wasn't saving much, but then I saw these after market filters for 1/3 the cost and decided I'd give it a go. The fact that I could get three of the generic brand for 20% less then i could purchase one of the name brand, coupled with the fact that I know I could always return it if they didn't fit made this a no brainer purchase. I pulled one of them at of the package, disconnected my expired GE filter and replaced it with the generic filter. Exact fit. Except for the printing on the side it is pretty much an exact clone of the GE filter...likely even made by the same company. When you first plug it in, remember to let the water run for 30-60 seconds until all the air is forced out. You'll want to use a pitcher or something with a deep bottom or you'll end up getting splashed as the air/water comes out at a pretty decent velocity at first. Read more

So far so good. I have an under counter ice maker that kept squealing that it needed a filter. A simple 1/4 turn to remove the old filter and a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to put the new one in. It was a little tricky to get the threads to line up. Don’t forget to reset the timer on your machine so the timer resets!!! Read more
