I've recently taken to wearing nose strips. I put one on right before bed. If you've never used one before, you might be pleasantly surprised at how quickly you can move air better. It just feels to me like things open up nicely and quickly. I've had issues with mouth breathing at night. While these don't fully solve that problem, they do seem to help. The adhesive keeps it sticking throughout the night, but it's also not too hard to take off in the morning. Read more

I ordered these strips for my wife to help reduce her snoring. I used her feedback to help with this review. I like that each strip is individually wrapped and you separate them from each other via perforations on the long strip they live on. The material is softer than other nasal strips, which is nice. I've never seen black nasal strips before but it's a cool idea, because black (or brown) would look more discreet on folks with darker complexions. The adhesive seems nearly as strong as the name brand & stayed on tightly all night (some knock-off strips have adhesive that doesn't last the night). The strip didn't feel like it provided quite the same amount of "lift" that the name brand does, but it did provide lift, and overall felt slightly more comfortable than the name brand. I audibly laughed when seeing a less than stellar review of these with a picture of the strip being placed way too high. You want these to reach toward the bottom of your nostrils where it can flair out and increase your breathing passage. When you get the placement right, they work wonderfully. The adhesive is actually really strong, even if you don't wash your face before bed, this stuff will STICK. It actually almost seems too strong. In the morning, you'll feel like you're peeling your skin off, so be careful. Read more
