I got two knives from the set last Christmas, and we loved them the whole year, so for this Christmas I got the full block and the 6-piece steak knives. The quality is amazing, I really don’t want to use any other knives in my whole kitchen. The reason for the 4 stars is the block. It has such a low angle that I am not able to put it anywhere without taking up half the counter space, it looks so out of place. I am very disappointed, because the block itself is beautiful, but I am not sure if I can use it. I don’t understand why they don’t make the angle at least 80 degree instead of the close to 45 degree. I am really not sure what to do with it. Read more
