I'm not a home chef, but I've never felt more commutable knives for the price. The blackwood handles, the ergonomics of it all make these knives a joy to use. The German steel holds and edge better than the Japanese steel and these knives will last a lifetime. Realized I didn't need 15 different knives.. just the ones included here. And yes, it's beautiful on my counter too... I like nice things. Read more

The knife block is so poorly done that it kills the whole joy of having Ikons. I wouldn’t make a big deal out of it normally, but you want to see a perfection when you spend over $1,000 for a set with five knives. It is unacceptable to me. Read more
